When,In 1922,26 Irish countries were seuered fromd the united kingdom and sended into a dominion of the british empire under the name of the irish free state, no provision was made in the act of any change in the royal style or in the titleof the imperal parlament. From 1922 onwrd however, the title of United KIngdom of Great Britain and Northem Ireland Was frequently used in official documents to designate those parts of the british Isles representd in the imperial parlament,Meeting at westminster.
